Countrywide Health & Mobility are a division of leading national supplier Countrywide Healthcare. Based in Grimethorpe near Barnsley, the company opened their first Mobility Superstore in February 2022 and are looking to appoint an additional Showroom Advisor.
Our mission is to make life easier and more comfortable for people, by providing the mobility and continence care products that they need. Our trained team provides expert guidance and advice, along with an abundance of choice from our huge stock range.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, warm and friendly person to join the team. We want customers to immediately feel relaxed when they walk through the door, greeted with a smile and given good advice on product selection. Full training will be provided.
Previous retail experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally in the mobility retail sector, but not essential.
Good communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with customers and colleagues.
Experience in the compliance of company procedures and systems relating to stock control and sales transactions.
The ability to demonstrate excellent retail standards throughout the sales floor including layout, product display and POS/graphics.
Proven experience in the safe and accurate handling and managing of data ensuring GDPR compliance.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office particularly in Outlook, Word & Excel.
GCSE English & Maths at Grade C or 4 as a minimum.
An effervescent bubbly personality with a desire to provide exceptional customer service.
