If you have any of the products included in the recall please email complete the customer reply form with appropriate action taken and email the completed form to  product.safety@vernacare.com and also customerservices@countrywidehealthcare.co.uk detailing the product code, description and number of items that you have, this should include any part used bottles. Please include your Countrywide account number if you know this, and your full address. We will then collate the information and advise of any next steps. 

This recall has been issued as a precautionary measure, as a business we are keen to follow protocol and correct processes. However if you have any concerns please speak with your account manager.
